INform's data access is bi-directional. As you create documents, if you discover errors in the data, you can correct it, right from within the Word document. This continuously improves the quality of your shared contact data.
INform is designed to stay out of your way. It has a "ZUI": Zero User Interface. Confirmation prompts and dialog boxes are held to the absolute minimum, deducing your intent from your actions wherever possible. The document itself becomes the "dialog box," for the smoothest possible workflow.
While INform works with data from your existing Customer Relationship Managment (CRM) software, CRM is not a requirement. INform actually provides some of CRM's benefits for companies that don't have CRM, but in a much simpler, less IT-intensive product.
